Beautiful weather down in Sea Girt this weekend and good food starting with the Parker House porch for Lobster, scrimp and the cheese burgers. Saturday night we went to Charleys in Bay Head.  The crab deviled eggs with a dijon mustard sauce were super and the halibut on risotto was light and really good.

Updated South and Pine and Lambertville

Fun weekend of food starting with Friday at the Station in Bernardsville and Leslie's favorite fish tacos.  Saturday we ran into old friends from the Bears Hockey team, the Barbagallo's at South and Pine.  South and Pine never disappoints and we really enjoyed the Burrito with green tomato's, the tile fish and the Havarti Mac and Cheese.  We found a new favorite for Brunch in Lambertville on Sunday so see my updated post under that heading in 2016.
 Last weekend loved Roots in Morristown with the great baked potato and NY strip steak.  The

fig and beet salad was an unusual offering this early in the fig season.

Updated South and Pine once again on 8/22/17 had the best Soft Shell Crab taco I ever had and the sea bass with fresh sweet corn just made the meal.
